Job Description

• Janah Luxury Limited, a growing real estate company, is looking to hire Business Development Executives to help expand their customer base and grow their presence.
• An ideal candidate is a self-motivated, persuasive communicator with a strong interest in real estate, capable of driving sales, identifying market opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients in the real estate space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to target high-value individuals and businesses
• Prospect for new clients and onboard high-net-worth individuals
• Onboard new clients and manage existing relationships.
• Work with internal teams to improve financial offerings and ensure compliance.
• Meet sales targets and share regular performance reports.
• Attend events and client meetings to generate quality leads.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field.
•  Experience in real estate sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Proven ability to engage and convert high-profile clients.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in strategy.

Salary
N100,000 + Commission 5%
