Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • TheSales Officerplays a crucial role in supporting the business objectives of IventMaster by managing client budgets, responding to inquiries, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless handover to the event execution teams.
  • The role focuses on the transactional and relationship maintenance aspects of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries related to events, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
  • Present and sell predefined or customized event solutions to qualified prospects.
  • Prepare and issue detailed quotations, invoices and sales presentations as required.
  • Engage in pricing, budgeting, and negotiation activities to close deals in alignment with company targets.
  • Maintain and manage ongoing relationships with assigned corporate clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Liaise with the planning and production teams to ensure accurate execution of client deliverables.
  • Provide timely sales reports and updates to the Head of Business.
  • Support post-sale activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, preferably in events, hospitalityor media.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
