We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the success of our sales team. With your sales expertise and knowledge of shared inbox solutions, you will help clients transform their communication strategies and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Solution Selling: Understand clients’ needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales team to implement strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to provide insights for product development and positioning.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales activities, results, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of shared inbox or collaborative communication tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in consultative selling and relationship management.
