Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.
  • This role is critical in driving revenue growth, securing joint venture partnerships, and closing multiple property deals in the luxury real estate market.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value sales and strong industry connections within Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum of 5 property sales per month (flats, terraces, maisonettes, semi-detached, and detached houses).
  • Identify and qualify high-value leads in the premium real estate market.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and oversee contract signings.
  • Secure and manage profitable joint-venture partnerships.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales pipeline data.
  • Provide periodic sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales or property investment (not entry-level).
  • Proven record of closing high-value property sales monthly.
  • Strong experience in sourcing and closing joint venture deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Well-connected within the Lagos real estate industry.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker.

Salary
N750,000 monthly + 1% commission on sales (negotiable) + performance-based incentives.
