We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / On-Site

Job Overview

  • We’re looking for a proactive, target driven and results oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth.
  • You will be required to sell enterprise IT solutions to corporate and institutional clients.
  • This role is target-driven and requires experience selling technology solutions (hardware/software/services).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on sales pipeline and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to develop winning solutions and proposals.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Deliver end-to-end sales from discovery to proposal, negotiation and closing sales deals.
  • Attend client meetings, product demos and industry events as required.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and produce timely sales performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of sales experience, preferably in IT or tech-related services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, servers, storage, networking or security solutions (technical aptitude required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office;
  • Ability to produce professional proposals and commercial terms.
  • Existing network in financial services, telecoms, government or large corporate accounts .
  • Experience selling integrated solutions (hardware + software + services).

What we offer

  • Competitive base Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 / month within the stated budget and commission/bonus potential.
