Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential buyers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential buyers and target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential buyers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our real estate properties.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the timely completion of all necessary documentation and paperwork.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our properties and expand professional networks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead management in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics set by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively showcase and sell real estate properties.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, property types, and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office applications, and online sales tools.
