We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos Mainland & Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: FMCG / Beverage

Job Overview

  • We are seeking motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Sales Executives to join our team in Lagos Mainland and Lagos Island.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the availability and visibility of our beverage products across their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other key customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, visibility, and competitor activities.
  • Implement trade promotions and sales activation initiatives to drive product demand.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and product visibility at customer outlets.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and territory updates to management.

Requirements

  • Must reside within Lagos Mainland or Lagos Island.
  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in beverage sales or FMCG sales is required.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the Lagos market and distribution channels is an added advantage.
