Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• As a real estate sales executive, you will work closely with the manager to develop sales strategies and increase sales of properties by following up on potential and existing clients. You will be required to generate and follow up on leads.

Responsibilities

• The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales, including customer service, creating and managing property listings, sales negotiations, and real property market analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or OND in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Representative or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real property marketing and market analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
