Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand market penetration for our industrial and automotive lubricant products.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding of lubricant applications, proven experience in lubricant sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships across industrial clients, distributors, mechanical workshops, fleet businesses, auto shops, and lubricant resellers.
  • This role requires excellent negotiation skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to independently manage sales activities across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive product penetration of industrial and automotive lubricants.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities across factories, manufacturing plants, logistics firms, automotive dealerships, mechanical garages, and related sectors.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging product opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, auto-part sellers, and resellers.
  • Ensure consistent product availability in assigned territories and support merchandising execution.
  • Drive secondary sales and create widespread market awareness for all lubricant product lines.
  • Train Lube Customer Service Attendants and educate dealers, riders, and mechanics on product features, benefits, and proper applications of Korect lubricants.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or any relateddiscipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in ubricant sales.
  • Strong background in Industrial Lubricants or Automotive Lubricants (Aftermarket or B2B).
  • Must have direct engagement with lubricant stockists, wholesalers, and retailers in current or previous roles.

Salary
N250,000 – N600,000 (negotiable for the right candidate).
