• We are seeking vibrant and intelligent people who will work as sales executive, carrying out the following duties:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and various sales channels.
• Provide clients with detailed information about properties and the buying process.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales transactions.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• This is a job that allows personal growth, it is flexible and you could still have other things you do to make money by the side.
• Also, there are only 3 important days to be in the office in a week.
