We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Kwara and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads to sales
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals professionally
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or marketing (added advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Must be well-presented and professional
