Job Title: IT Sales Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conducts quick market assessments to identify potential clients.
• Gathers customer feedback and advise customers on their purchasing decisions
• Articulate the technical features and functionalities of our services
• Assist in developing an effective sales strategy for the market
• Set and complete monthly sales targets
• Research and identify market opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations for clients, and communicate product costs
• Present and negotiate service renewal contracts and terms
• Gather feedback from customers and provide after-sales support when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Working knowledge of IT industry, terminology, products, and services
• Ability to learn the use of online learning platform and explain how such system works
• Strong internet navigation and communication skills
• A team player, as well as the ability to work independently.

Remuneration
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
