Job Summary

• Our client is looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify products, process customers list and help purchase products.
• Duties include selling, restocking and merchandising.
• The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes, picking and invoicing
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide customers with information about items
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Provide customers with information about items.
• Ring up purchases.
• Elevate complaints to management.
• Follow all companies policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• OND, HND, BSC
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in sales , customer rep in retail or pharmacy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba , and Yaba would be most preferred.
