We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Administrative Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Descriptions

• Process sales orders and invoices accurately after ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Follow up with the sales team for customer payments and aging reports
• Contact the customers to confirm the balances and do a routine follow-up with them
• Maintain customer databases and update the records for any new registrations or amendments
• Preparing sales reports on a daily and monthly basis and doing the related analysis
• Prepare any ad hoc report

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly the excel
• SAP experience is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to details
• A bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Age: 27 – 35
• 4 – 6 years experience

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
