We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sale Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, increasing product awareness, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers
  • Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities regularly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Provide product information, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
  • Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any related field

Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in sales (pharmaceutical sales experience is an added advantage)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Other Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel within assigned territory
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Good knowledge of the local market is an advantage
  • Possession of a valid means of identification.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM tools is a plus)
