We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Salary and Performance Specialist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Attendance management, responsible for the attendance records of the company’s employees, and accounting for monthly attendance;
• Responsible for completing the salary and bonus accounting to ensure that employees’ salary and benefits are paid on time;
• Responsible for employee welfare management, familiar with Niger labor law;
• Assisted the superior to improve the performance appraisal system indicators and improve performance appraisal system;
• In accordance with the performance appraisal system, supervise all departments to complete the management and collection of performance appraisal scores, organize the scores, and deal with appraisal anomalies and complaints;
• Collect salary data, complete labor cost and labor expense report on time;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, Finance or Human Resource-related background.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a salary accounting position, familiar with compensation and benefits management and human resource management knowledge;
• Have strong data processing and analysis ability, proficient in Excel functions;
• Have good professional ethics, steady, careful work, and team spirit
• Candidates should possess B2B or B2C industry working experience.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly (Gross).
