• A Safety & Security Manager ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while protecting staff, facilities, and assets.
• They develop and enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee emergency response plans tailored to manufacturing operations.
• Security responsibilities include managing access control, supervising guards, and coordinating with law enforcement.

Requirements

• A relevant Degree, certifications, and experience in manufacturing safety are typically required.
• The role requires investigating incidents, maintaining records, and recommending corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with knowledge of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and security systems.

Salary
N100,000 – N300,000 monthly.
