Job Title: Safety Officer

Description

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced SHE / Safety Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies, maintaining a safe working environment, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop,implement, and monitor workplace health and safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
• Organize safety trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
• Monitor theuseof PPEandensurestaff compliance.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and first aid readiness.
• Advisemanagement on SHE improvements and compliance matters.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
