Job Description

• You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

Responsibilities 
What you will be doing:

• Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
• Take the initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
• Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service

Qualifications

• A proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; works well under pressure
• Previous housekeeping experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a love of working as part of a team
• Highly responsible & reliable

Additional Information:

• Experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Fluency in English and additional languages are a plus
