Job Title: Road Construction Manager – Bituminous / Asphalt Road Work

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage bituminous/ asphalt road construction projects
• Supervise bitumen carpeting, asphalt paving and related operations
• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications & safety standards Manage resources, manpower, machinery and site activities efficiently
• Monitor project progress, reporting and documentation
• Ensure timely completion within budget and quality parameters

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 20+ years experience
• Bitumen carpeting & asphalt paving
  Bituminous road construction
• Asphalt mix design, laying & compaction
  Road construction & rehabilitation
• Site execution, planning & supervision
• Quality control, testing & documentation
• Strong leadership & team management.
