Job Title: Retail Station Supervisor

Location: Akure, Ondo

Job Summary

• The person in this position is responsible for assisting the outlet manager is coordinating daily station operation, maintain prompt and accurate cash control at the station by ensuring regular remission of cash by the attendants at agreed interval.
• Regularly work with other station staff in meeting sales budget and act as first point of contact in resolution of customer queries.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in daily station operations.
• Assign, schedule and monitor the tasks of station attendants.
• Daily Safety drill of the service station personnel.
• Maintain inventory controls of materials, items and products.
• Maintain inventory controls of materials, items and products.
• To be responsible for daily product discharge operations at the station.
• Maintain accurate cash control policy at the station and cash evacuation from the attendants at agreed intervals.
• Ensure Company Product Discharge operation manuals/procedures are adhered to strictly.
• Daily opening and closing stock taking report.
• Assist the manager to ensure individual and Unit budget/target are met and surpass at all times.
