Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Space Designer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing store floor plans and 3D visualizations that align with brand standards, maximize space efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop functional and visually appealing store floor plans.
• Create 3D models and design drawings for store layouts, fixtures, and merchandising displays.
• Translate brand concepts into spatial designs that optimize traffic flow and shopping experience.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and contractors to ensure feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
• Revise and update design plans based on feedback and project needs.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety, accessibility, and building standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience in retail or commercial space design.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and site supervision is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail design, interior design, or space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (SU), and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, ergonomics, and visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to translate concepts into detailed floor plans and 3D visualizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
