We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor – FMCG

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Generate LPOs and sure timely supply and re-stocking
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Generate new leads and customers
• Keen in driving and meeting sales target
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quantity of goods ordered
• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand
• Supervise and manage customer databases
• Prepare and analyze field reports for sales improvement
• Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• 3 years’ experience in a sales-focused customer/client facing role with a track record
• Record of top performance
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly Salary NGN80,000 NET
• Monthly sales incentive NGN100,000
• 13th month salary, Annual leave allowance, Pension, and HMO, and other benefits
