We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Customer interaction: Greet customers, help them locate products, answer questions about features, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Sales and transactions: Process sales and returns, handle various payment methods, and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product details, promotions, and sales trends to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.
• Store maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean and organized, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are attractive and appealing.
• Problem-solving: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.

Additional Duties:

• Assist with visual merchandising and setting up displays.
• Manage inventory and back stock room organization.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and a positive work environment.
• May be responsible for lead generation or identifying new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / Month.
