About the Role

• Our client is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage retail teams across locations in Delta State.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations
• Drive sales and meet performance targets
• Train, lead, and supervise retail staff
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Manage inventory and ensure effective product displays

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in retail or store management (solar or related industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sales-driven with excellent customer service abilities.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N350,000 gross per month.
