Job Title: Retail Sales Executive (RSE)

Locations: Victoria Island, Ikeja, Apapa-Lagos
Industry: Commercial Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of the bank’s retail products, including account opening, loans, cards, and digital banking solutions
• Identify and acquire new customers through field marketing, referrals, and direct sales efforts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and cross-selling opportunities
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Education: HND (Upper/Lower Credit) or B.Sc (Minimum Second Class Lower)
• NYSC: Must be completed
• Age Limit: 30 years and below.

Salary
N150,000 monthly + 13th month, Commission, HMO and Pension.
