Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

• The role handles the various sales activities in the store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Offer superior customer service and cultivate relationships with clients to sell and develop the business utilizing effective selling skills.
• Acheive monthly sales goals and delivery of goals. Create and maintain a client database.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills, selling skills and professional attitude in representing the company with integrity.
• Participate in other showroom functions including (but not lilited to) Weekly sales, Meetings, Weekly reports, Loading of furniture and accessories for clients, anwering of phone calls, catalogue/price list upkeep and Inventory.
• Attend to other functions assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must have an OND or HND degree
• Minimum of two years experience in related role
• Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skill
• Must have a quick grasp of product and brand knowledge
• Ability to use Microsoft and Excel.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
