Job Title: Retail Field Supervisor (Store Patrol) – 3C HUB

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (field-based, covering multiple stores)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized local supervisor to carry out regular store visits (“patrols”) across our 3C HUB retail stores in Lagos.
• You will be the on-the-ground link between store teams and management — making sure every store runs to standard, coaching staff, resolving day-to-day issues, and reporting accurate data back to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unannounced store visits across assigned 3C HUB locations; check merchandising, display, stock accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with operating standards.
• Spot problems on-site and coordinate fast resolution across store staff, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Train, coach, and support store staff on service standards, product knowledge, and sales processes; assist with onboarding new hires.
• Collect, record, and report store data (sales, stock, footfall, issues) using Excel and internal tools; produce clear, accurate summary reports.
• Support store sales performance, including telephone / outbound sales follow-up with customers where needed.
• Serve as a dependable communication bridge between local store teams and management / HQ.

Requirements

• Based in Lagos, Nigeria; able and willing to travel between stores regularly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (local languages a plus).
• Proven ability to manage people and coordinate complex, multi-party tasks under pressure.
• Experience training or coaching frontline staff.
• Solid Excel / office software skills — data entry, tables, basic formulas, and reporting.
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in retail operations, store supervision, or a phone / electronics (3C) retail environment.
• Telephone or outbound sales experience.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian retail and consumer electronics market.
