Job Title: Retail Branding Specialist

Job Summary

• As part of our business start-up phase, the Retail Branding Specialist will be responsible for establishing strong in-store branding, ensuring consistent retail experiences, and supporting marketing initiatives that enhance visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store decoration and layout to ensure brand consistency and attractiveness.
• Manage the procurement, distribution, and inventory of marketing materials.
• Coordinate and supervise new store launches, including setup and acceptance.
• Set up and maintain specialty zones in retail channels to highlight key products.
• Provide branding and logistical support for offline marketing events.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retail branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail branding, merchandising, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and customer experience.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage vendors and external partners effectively.
