Maybrands is the No.1 Retailer of FOSSIL products in Nigeria. We are the only licensed store to sell fossil products in Nigeria, these Include; Fossil, Skagen, Emporio Armani, Diesel, Michael Kors, DKNY, Armani Exchange, Chaps, Nixon. We sale all fashion accessories for both women and men.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Brand Manager / Team Lead Sales

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Brand Manager, you get to act as one of our Retail Store Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing employees and finances, and also controlling the quality of products and services offered to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the store’s monthly/annual sales target.
  • Achieve margin for high-grossing products.
  • Administration of Store, 3rd party businesses, etc.
  • Ensure the ambiance of the store is very lively and conducive, good music, clean, engaging, orderly, etc.
  • Ensure zero stock out, right ordering, varieties, good inventory management-First In-First Out, etc.
  • Ensure customer complaints are reduced to the barest minimum.
  • Achieve the VD targets for brands and products.
  • Oversee the store’s operational cost such as Diesel, Power, Overheads, Production, etc.
  • Ensure preventable loss is minimal, and losses are accounted for accurately.
  • Ensure reports are timely & accurate.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or a related field from a recognized University.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a store manager or any supervisory role.
  • Proven experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.
  • Knowledge of product and consumer trends, marketing strategies, and how to utilize them.
  • Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality & and attendance, Demonstrate improvement efforts.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Must be analytical and comfortable reviewing data.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Must be motivated, organized, and determined.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be results-driven, commercially aware, and have problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks, work with a plan, and work in a fast-paced environment.
