Job Summary

• As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations. You will ensure high standards in customer service and product quality, manage inventory, and enforce company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of complaints.
• Maintain proper staff grooming, professional conduct, and adherence to operational standards.
• Assist in managing inventory and preventing wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Core Competencies

• Prior experience in a QSR or food business is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant QSR experience.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of customer service standards, inventory control, and facility management.
