Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday. 7:00am – 7:00pm

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to oversee daily food production operations.
• The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the food industry and the ability to manage kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure consistent quality output.
• This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain high production standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing and delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food production and kitchen operations
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are strictly followed
• Manage and coordinate production staff effectively
• Oversee food preparation, packaging, and dispatch processes
• Monitor inventory and report stock requirements
• Ensure timely production and delivery of customer orders
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Enforce operational policies and efficiency standards
• Support process improvement for better productivity

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or BSc in a relevant field
• 2–3 years of experience in the food industry (restaurant, catering, food production, or related field)
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Preferred Gender: Any
