Job Summary

• They are seeking an experienced and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate, assign, and monitor staff duties to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and report inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to restaurant policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Prepare shift reports and escalate operational issues to management.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant, hotel, or QSR environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Must be customer-focused, professional, and results-driven.

Salary
N110,000 monthly.
