Job Summary

• We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tastia Restaurant.
• As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
• You will lead a team of waiters/waitresses, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:

• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and ambiance.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Store Management:

• Manage the restaurant’s physical space, including maintenance, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for store appearance and layout.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.

Sales Growth and Marketing:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and its offerings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
