Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job summary

• We are opening a new hospitality outlet in Uyo and are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to lead operations from launch and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and daily operations of the new outlet
• Manage and supervise hospitality staff (front of house, kitchen, service teams)
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and service standards
• Control stock, supplies, and inventory to prevent losses and shortages
• Monitor sales performance and drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions professionally
• Prepare daily and periodic operational, sales, and stock reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Good knowledge of hospitality operations, stock control, and customer service
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
• OND/HND/BSc qualification.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
