Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards, and driving business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and maintained to a high standard.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good financial and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems is an added advantage.
