Job Summary

• We are recruiting a matured and experienced Residential Chef for our client.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quality meals in a residential setting and must be willing to live in. Professionalism, cleanliness, and consistency are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals according to agreed menus and dietary preferences
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Plan meals efficiently and manage food supplies properly
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Minimize food waste and manage kitchen resources effectively
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and professional kitchen environment

Requirements

• Must be 45 years and above
• Proven experience as a Residential Chef or Cook
• Good knowledge of local dishes (continental dishes are an added advantage)
• Mature, responsible, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to live in
• Culinary training or certification is an added advantage
