Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Resident Flock Veterinarian to join our team and oversee the health and productivity of our commercial broiler and breeder flocks.
• This role is essential in ensuring optimal flock health, biosecurity, and production performance in alignment with industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• Develop and implement health plans for poultry flock
• Develop and implement HACCP
• Develop and implement vaccination programs
• Conduct regular farm visits to monitor flock health
• Conduct post-mortem examinations and laboratory tests
• Diagnose and treat health issues in poultry flock
• Provide guidance on flock management, nutrition and biosecurity
• Investigate and manage disease outbreak
• Collaborate with farm staff, management and other veterinary team
• Train and support farm staff on animal health and welfare

Job Qualifications

• DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)
• Valid veterinary license to practice
• Good Microsoft office tools skill
• 3 – 7 years of experience in flock health (broiler/breeders flock)
• Strong understanding of commercial poultry operations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
