We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Resident Chef (Male / Female)

Location: Ijebu-ode, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation: Cook daily meals for residents according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Menu Planning: Create weekly or monthly meal plans, balancing nutrition, taste, and cost.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and manage kitchen supplies to avoid shortages or waste.
• Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
• Dietary Requirements: Cater to special dietary needs such as allergies, medical diets, vegetarian/vegan preferences, etc.
• Event Support: Assist with special functions or events, preparing meals or snacks as required.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 4 years work experience.
