We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Locations: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Research and Development (R&D) team, overseeing new product development and innovation initiatives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, market demands, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into new product concepts.
Plan and execute R&D projects, including the design, testing, and optimization of new products.
Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed regulatory and quality standards.
Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Lead and mentor a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and training.
Monitor and analyze quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
Manage internal and external strategic relationships.

Job Requirements

Possess an HND / B.Sc Degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Research & Development and Quality Management in Paint Manufacturing Company.
A degree in a Chemistry related field is an added advantage.
