Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research Assistant. The ideal candidate will support the team in data gathering, analysis, and presentation to drive informed decision-making for ongoing and future projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and data collection from various sources, including market studies, surveys, and industry reports.
• Assist in the design and development of research methodologies, surveys, and questionnaires.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights relevant to project objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to compile and present research findings in reports, presentations, and other formats.
• Maintain and update databases and research documentation to ensure accuracy and easy access.
• Assist in preparing research documents, proposals, and client presentations.
• Organize and manage research files, ensuring efficient data retrieval.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and best practices to enhance research quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data management and analysis.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings clearly.
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Experience with statistical tools (SPSS, R, or similar) is a plus.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
