Job Title: Remote Marketing Lead

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Anambra, Kaduna, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Rivers

About the Role

  • As our Remote Marketing Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind crafting and executing a strategic marketing plan that catapults our company to new heights.

Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and refining our brand identity: Ensuring it resonates deeply with our target audience and reflects the essence of what we offer.
  • Leveraging diverse digital marketing channels: Mastering social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram; crafting compelling email campaigns; optimizing SEO for maximum reach; and creating engaging content that attracts potential clients.
  • Conducting thorough market research: Identifying target markets, comprehending customer needs, and analyzing competitor strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Implementing effective lead generation strategies: Attracting and nurturing potential clients, ensuring our pipeline remains robust.
  • Analyzing and optimizing marketing performance: Tracking key metrics, gathering data-driven insights, and continuously refining campaigns for maximum impact.

Others Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine our brand identity, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
  • Utilize various digital marketing channels (social media [TikTok, Facebook, Instagram], email marketing, SEO, content marketing) to increase online visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target markets, understand customer needs, and analyse competitor strategies.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture potential clients.
  • Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of technology marketing and the SaaS industry.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing (specifically Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok), and content marketing.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about remote work and the impact that our company can have on people’s lives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for technology and marketing.
  • Enthusiasm for our mission and values.
