Job Title: Relationship Officer

Locations: Mushin, Agboju, Satelite Town, Ajah – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are looking for a target-driven Relationship Officer to acquire, onboard, and manage FMCG distributors within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new customers
• Complete and verify KYC documentation
• Drive GMV, product adoption, and portfolio growth
• Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits
• Monitor repayments and escalate risks where necessary
• Share market insights and activity reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
• Conveyance Allowance
• Performance Incentives.
