Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively supporting the team’s client retention strategies by providing excellent service to customers.
• Serve as the primary daily service contact for the clients.
• Conduct accounts reviews to track customer needs and usage trends.
• Track and maintain customer data/information.
• Initiate the development of products required to meet customer needs.
• Market the Bank’s products to meet customer needs.
• Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers.
• Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Business Manager.
• As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.

Education

• Minimum Education: HND / B.Sc. in any discipline, with minimum of Upper Credit for HND and 2.2 for B.Sc.
• MBA/ACCA or post graduate education as added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum experience –6 years relevant banking (marketing/business development) experience.
