Job Title: Registered Surveyor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Registered Surveyor with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and property surveys, preparing accurate survey reports, managing boundary and title verification processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Prepare and authenticate survey plans and technical reports.
• Perform land title verification and documentation review.
• Provide professional advice on land acquisition and property development projects.
• Use modern surveying equipment such as GPS, Total Station, and GIS software.
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies for approvals and documentation.
• Supervise field survey teams and ensure accuracy of measurements and data.
• Ensure compliance with legal and professional surveying standards.
• Resolve boundary disputes and provide expert recommendations where necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Surveying & Geoinformatics or related field.
• Must be a Registered Surveyor with relevant professional certification and license.
• Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of land laws, cadastral surveying, and mapping standards.
• Proficiency in surveying software and modern equipment.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary of N500,000 – N800,000 monthly (Negotiable based on experience and portfolio).
