Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Mananager to lead and grow sales operations across the assigned region.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and team management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team to deliver high performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Ensure effective execution of sales plans and company policies across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in business development, channel/distributor management, and sales strategy execution.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 monthly.
