Job Title: Recycling Machine Operator

Location: Emene, Enugu

Job Summary

• The Recycling Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining recycling machinery to ensure smooth production of recycled polythene products.
• The role demands hands-on technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor recycling machines to ensure efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
• Ensure quality control of recycled materials according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report machine performance, production issues, or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Work flexible shifts, including overtime, as required.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 2-shift arrangement: Morning and Night shifts
• Monday to Friday: Regular shifts
• Saturday: Half-day for morning shift (ends by 1 PM); Night shift off
• Sunday: Off for all shifts
• Overtime as required, compensated separately

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in operating recycling machinery or related equipment.
• Technical understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of shift work.
• Willingness to relocate to Enugu.

Salary
NGN 100,000 – 150,000 per month (depending on experience).
