Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment and Talent Manager to oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring alignment with the organization’s growth objectives and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
• Manage employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Professional certification (CIPM or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month.
