Job Summary

• We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to attract, engage, and hire top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment activities
• Work with department heads on manpower planning
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and agencies
• Manage interviews, assessments, and candidate selection
• Drive employer branding and social media recruitment
• Track recruitment data and prepare reports

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in HR or related field (minimum 2.2 / Upper Credit)
• 4–6 years experience in talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of social media recruitment
• Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven and detail-oriented
