Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Locations: Lagos and Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Screening of the candidates
• Scheduling interviews (online and offline).
• Salary negotiation
• Preparation and Issuance of offer letters to selected candidates.
• Organizing and maintaining candidaterecords.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s / MSc Degree in HR or other related fields.
• Proven working experience (2+years) as a Recruiteris a must
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Excel is a must.
